Finance & Accounts Department
This department is responsible for overseeing the spending patterns of the Municipal Council, ensuring conformity with the approved budget for the respective financial year. The department’s main objective is to ensure that the financial management of the Portmore Municipal Council (PMC) is being undertaken within the established laws, rules and applicable standards, and in so doing promulgate transparency and accountability with each and every financial transaction approved by Council.
