TEF Supports Municipal Corporation’s Sidewalk Rehabilitation Programme

MONTEGO BAY, St. James (August 28, 2017): The St. James Municipal Corporation has embarked upon a sidewalk rehabilitation programme that has received major funding from the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF).

The programme is aimed at improving sidewalks and drainage systems along a number of streets throughout downtown Montego Bay.

KSAMC CEO asks residents to cooperate with youth workers

The CEO of the Kingston & St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) Robert Hill is asking resident of the city to cooperate with the Youth Summer Employment Programme youth workers in the execution of their duties during the summer period.

Hill explained that several residents have refused to provide the students with information out of fear that they are working with either utility companies of some sort.
