The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders to supply, deliver and offload 2,220 gallons of paint at the Granville Housing Development, Trelawny.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
ü Evidence of Tax Compliance.
ü A copy of a valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) Certificate in the category of Hardware and Haberdashery OR General Supplies specializing in the Supply of Paint.
N.B. ISO certified paint is required.

Mayor of Falmouth Colin Gager has given an assurance that his immediate priority in his new role will be to clean up and beautify the historic seaside town.

The St. Mary Municipal Corporation will collaborate with the Ministry of Local Government and Community Development and Tax Administration Jamaica to officially launch and roll-out the Mobile Property Tax collection Units which were purchased to maximize Property Tax collection across the island.
The event will held at the Hi-Lo Parking Lot, Port Maria, St. Mary on Wednesday, February 08, 2017 commencing from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00p.m. With an official ceremony scheduled to commence at
2:00 p.m-4:00 p.m.

Following the national meetings with recently elected Councillors and the Administrative leadership of all Municipal Councils, which were held in Montego Bay in December, 2016, Minister of Local Government and Community Development, Hon. Desmond McKenzie and Ministry officials have started meetings with Councillors on a regional basis, for a series of special orientation sessions.These sessions began January 4 in Kingston, and will continue through much of the first quarter of the calendar year, to February 16, 2017, as shown in the table below.
