The Spanish Town Mayor’s Award Ceremony
His Worship the Mayor, Councillor Norman Scott, Mayor of Spanish Town and Chairman of the St. Catherine Parish Council hosted an Award Ceremony and Dinner at the Spanish Court Hotel, 1 St. Lucia Avenue, Kingston, on Friday December 05, 2014.
The Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation (KSAC) takes this opportunity to unreservedly condemn the recent violent attack on the Councillor for the Papine Division, Miss. Venesha Phillips and other bystanders. This brazen and senseless attack by thugs in an attempt to intimidate and manipulate employment benefits on the Golding Avenue project is absolutely reprehensible and indicative of the kind of behavior that needs to be consistently rejected.
